Rogers has been the fastest-growing city in Minnesota, and the landscaping market here reflects that almost entirely. Sod is the most common expensive mistake in landscaping because it looks perfect the day it goes down regardless of what is underneath. The failure shows up six to eight weeks later, in the same dry spots as before, and by then it reads as bad sod rather than bad preparation. The other half of it is water: new sod needs consistent watering through establishment, and a beautiful install that is not watered in the first three weeks is simply a more expensive version of the lawn you already had.
